This notice explains what the 24KaratCrew website collects and why. It covers the public site and free accounts.
What we collect
Free account. If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication details. Email and password sign-in is handled by our authentication provider; if you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic account identifiers with us.
Profile details you choose. Any display name or profile information you decide to add.
Contact submissions. When you write to us through the contact page, we receive your name, email, topic, message, and an order number if you include one.
Shop launch list. If you opt in to hear when the Shop opens, we store your email, your consent, and the time and source of that consent. Every launch email includes an unsubscribe link.
On-device storage. The site uses necessary browser storage for your sign-in session, your motion preference, and — only when the Shop opens — a cart identifier.
Technical and analytics data. Limited technical data keeps the site reliable and gives us aggregate insight into pages, devices, sources, and countries. We never see balances or transactions as part of this brand site.
Media data. Where needed, playback and security data keeps videos working and protects the site.
Who helps us run the site
We use service providers to operate: Lovable for hosting and email, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Google if you sign in with Google. Stripe processes Crew membership payments, and Shopify will power the Shop once it opens. Your card details are processed by Stripe (or Shopify, for future Shop orders) — 24KaratCrew never stores your full card number.
Paid Crew membership
We keep a record of your one-time $24 purchase, your Crew Pass member number, and payment status events from Stripe (such as a refund or reversal) so we can grant or remove Crew Library access. Card details stay with Stripe. Private Crew videos are delivered through short-lived private links only after your membership is confirmed.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. Marketing emails are sent only with your separate opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep information
Account data is kept while your account exists or is needed. Contact messages are kept for support and record purposes. The launch list is kept until you unsubscribe. Legal, security, and payment records are kept when applicable.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing official@24karat.media.
Age
The site can be viewed publicly by anyone. Free accounts are intended for people 13 and older, and we do not knowingly invite account creation by children under 13. Paid Crew membership is for people 18 and older only.
Security and impact counts
We use reasonable security measures, but no service can promise perfect security. Public impact counts, like meals provided, are aggregate totals — they are not your personal account balances.
