24KaratCrew is a personal money-planning membership. It helps you see what came in, what went out, what's coming up, and what to do next with your own money, and it turns real progress into meals the Crew provides.

24KaratCrew is not a bank, is not a lender, and is not a registered financial, tax, or legal advisor. We do not hold your money and we do not move your money — your money always stays in your own bank accounts.

24KaratCrew cannot withdraw or move your money, cannot pay your bills on your behalf, cannot open a bank account for you, cannot invest your money, and cannot file your taxes. Any connected bank access is read-only.

24KaratCrew gives you personalized suggestions based on the numbers you enter or connect. It is not individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not guarantee any savings amount, investment return, or financial outcome. For decisions with legal, tax, or investment consequences, talk to a licensed professional.

Membership is $24/month and renews automatically until you cancel. There is one plan and everything is included — no tiers and no paid add-ons. Your first 7 days are free: your card is saved when you join, you are charged $0 today, and the first charge is on day 7 unless you cancel first. Cancel any time. Access continues through the end of the period already paid for. No prorated refunds for partial months; cancellation stops future renewals.

Your $24/month membership helps support the Crew's meal impact. Meals are earned through real, verified progress with your own money — never by how much you personally save or spend. Saving more never donates more, and your savings always stay yours. We say "meals earned" once they're earned and "meals provided" once a fulfilment batch is confirmed.

Personalized 24KaratCrew accounts are available starting at age 13. Members age 13–17 may use the core product; paid membership and connecting an external bank require guardian consent and any provider-required checks before they unlock. Turning 18 upgrades an existing account in place — nothing is lost.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for the activity on your account, and for reviewing the accuracy of the numbers you enter, since your plan is only as accurate as the information behind it.

Don't use 24KaratCrew for business bookkeeping, to attempt to defraud the membership or Impact system, to misrepresent your age or identity, or to try to interfere with the security of the service.

We work to keep 24KaratCrew available and your data current, but connected-bank data and the service itself can occasionally be temporarily unavailable. We'll show that honestly rather than presenting old information as current.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will let members know before the change takes effect.
