The site

24KaratCrew is a brand and community created by Arkel Hutchins. The site shares real stories, films, and the Crew's mission of helping people, including providing meals.

Free accounts

Free accounts are intended for people 13 and older. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, use the site with a parent or guardian's permission as required by the law that applies to you. Keep your sign-in details secure and give truthful information.

Content

Videos, images, and text on this site are for your personal viewing. Pocket Watching and other money content is general educational and entertainment information — it is not individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Using the site fairly

Do not misuse, scrape, attack, or disrupt the site, and do not impersonate anyone or use it for fraud. We may suspend access to protect the site or other people.

Stories you send us

Stories and messages you submit remain your content. Sending something for consideration does not automatically transfer ownership and does not guarantee publication. Get proper permission before submitting someone else's private material.

Impact language

The public "meals provided" number changes only after a meal donation is completed and confirmed. The separate "$3,000+ given to people in need" figure is a minimum. References to Feeding America describe where meal donations have gone; they do not state a partnership or endorsement.

Paid Crew membership

Paid Crew membership is available to eligible signed-in visitors. A free account is separate from the optional paid Crew membership, and you can use the site and a free account without ever buying membership.

• 18 and older only. Free accounts remain available from age 13; paid membership requires you to be at least 18.
• $24, one time. No renewal, no subscription, and no trial period.
• No discretionary refunds. Refunds required by law, and unauthorized, duplicate, or reversed payments, are still handled.
• What it adds. Access to the Crew Library and your Crew Pass. Public films and pages stay public; membership adds Crew access and never removes public access.
• Personal use. Private Crew content is for your personal viewing only. Membership does not give you rights to copy, share, or redistribute it.
• Loss of access. Access may be removed if a payment is refunded or reversed, or for abuse of the site or content.
• Changes. Benefits and availability may change going forward, but rights you lawfully have remain.

Shop — not open yet

The Shop is not open; product pricing, shipping, returns, tax, and the planned 24-meals-per-item terms will appear before any product can be purchased.

Emails

Account and security messages are part of the service. Product marketing is sent only with your separate opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Availability and changes
